The Web Science Doctoral Training Centre at the University of Southampton teamed up with the Web Science Trust to promote opportunities to study the new discipline of Web Science.
Dr Aleks Krotoski, presenter of BBC's "The Virtual Revolution", Professor Sir Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the Web, Professor Nigel Shadbolt, Government Information Adviser, who are leading experts discussed the future of the Web and why we need to study it now.
