Marcia Blenko is a partner at Bain & Company, the global business consulting firm. She joined the firm in 1988 and was elected to the partnership in 1995. Marcia is currently based in Boston, but spent more than a decade of her career in London, serving many of Bain's global clients.
Marcia leads Bain's Organization Practice in North America. She has extensive experience in strategy development, implementation and organizational change across a range of sectors including health care, retail and consumer products.
Marcia has authored a number of articles on organization and leadership which have appeared in The Harvard Business Review, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The European Business Journal, Harvard Management Update and the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda.
Prior to joining Bain & Company, Ms. Blenko worked for Goldman Sachs in both New York and London. She earned her MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics/Economics from Brown University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Marcia lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts with her husband and three children.
